Please note that these delivery times are only an estimate and vary depending on your location and current conditions.

• Delays due to Unforeseen Pressures

We would like to emphasize that delivery times may vary due to unexpected crowds that may arise out of the blue. While we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, there may be periods when demand for our products increases significantly, which can cause delays. We ask for your understanding in such situations and assure you that we will make every effort to minimize delays.

• Shipping Service

We use DHL, a reputable international shipping company, to deliver your order to you safely and securely. With DHL, you are assured of excellent service and real-time tracking information to follow the progress of your shipment.

Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the cost of return from your home to the store are for your own account. Please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us at fonsieuratelier@gmail.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
